Darn Mercumaya dot net

Attention to people who would like to sign up a new domain/serve, pls take in consideration of my case before purchasing/transferring a domain/server.

The beginning of the incident,

I received the email from Godaddy about renewing my domain, (Was approx 10USD before discount) because of the payment issues, i decided to swap and continue the domain under a Msia registrar company. I did Google search and, of course, narrowed down the options. In the end, I chose Mercumaya.net because it showed the lowest price.

I frankly, admit that i know nothing about the DNS setting. To ensure i would not regret on the domain transfer, I phoned to Mercumaya hotline in order to confirm the after sales services. They told me, tutorials and technical supports will be provided. ( I really believed them, FML )

After i paid and got my domain, i phoned them and asked for technical helps. And the reply i got from them was, you should google yourself because there were some tutorials in the Internet. wtf, i hung up the phone bcoz of they breaking their words. What a terrible customer services !
